S. Touze is the professional name of rapper, singer, songwriter and producer Esaie Touze. The Providence, Rhode Island native, Haitian-American artist made his professional solo recording debut in 2020 with tracks like “USA” and “Smooth Criminal.” The Brooklyn based artist had previously appeared on successful collaborations like the PresCEO single “Boulevard.” Now he is back with his first new material of 2021.
“To My Latina” is the latest single from S. Touze, released worldwide to all major streaming services on August 13, 2021. On the new track the rapper has once again teamed up with PresCEO. They are joined by Manny X, Z100Wave and Jamez Martin for a freestyle Salsa/Trap ensemble rap jam. Alternating between English verses and Spanish choruses the rappers and singers deliver a shoutout to Latina’s of all nationalities over a percussive Latin-fusion dance groove. The song’s classic Salsa/Son horns paired with a modern Hip-hop production set the perfect upbeat and celebratory mood while the skilled crew of vocalists trade bars.
