Stevski7 is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist producer who recently launched a new phase of his musical journey. Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, he grew up in a musical family. Stev learned his craft listening to the music of legends like Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, The Beatles, Pink Floyd and Nirvana.
As an adult, Stevski7 embarked on a career as an IT professional. However, music was never far from his mind. Now, after decades of playing guitar in the privacy of his own home, the Canadian musician has launched a brand new solo project. Writing, performing, recording, mixing and mastering everything himself, he plans to release a new single every month, culminating in an album release at the end of the year.
“Something Wrong You Said” is the latest single from Stevski7, released worldwide to all major streaming services on March 18, 2022. With a sound born of the early 1990’s Seattle scene, Grungy power chords ride a downtempo Rock beat. The singer matches that raw groove with a tale of ennui and general disillusion in the state of the world.
Feeling overwhelmed by all the terrible things around us and how everything’s changing and we have nowhere to go? Take a moment to escape and enjoy this retro-ish rock song!
