Pat Premier is the professional name of independent electronic music producer, Patrick Boyd. A veteran of the East Coast club scene, he got his spinning discs at house parties while attending the University of Delaware. The DJ made the transition to producer when he made his professional solo recording debut in 2019 with the single “Level Up”.

Over the years Pat Premier graduated from college keg parties to manning the decks at high-profile international EDM festivals like Firefly, Chillin’ Music Fest, ShamrockFest and Big Night America. Citing UK artist/producer Paul Oakenfold as his primary inspiration, Pat has released eight singles since his debut. He has connected with fans around the world with club hits like “Back on Back ” and “Like a Freak”.

“I Just Want (Dance, Dance, Dance) Dave Audé Remix” is the latest single from Pat Premier, released worldwide via all major streaming services on December 23, 2022. An ambient synth introduces the track. A sampled female voice slowly fades in, repeating the song’s central mantra, “I just wanna have fun, clap my hands, turn around now and dance dance dance.” Soon the beat drops on an uptempo progressive house groove. Breakbeats and syncopated percussion paint the edges of the mix as the track rides and infectious bass riff.
