Fabrizio Parisi is one of the most popular DJs and producers throughout Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He is a successful entrepreneur as well, as founder and owner of the music labels Fa&MiMusic/Hybrid Sound/Monoshake Music. Born in Switzerland, raised in Italy and now living in Bulgaria, his international origins are reflected in his music. The multi-instrumentalist and producer has performed as DJ at over 3,500 gigs, worldwide. In recent years he has seen four of his songs land on MTV.
“South Legend” is Fabrizio’s latest collaboration with The Editor and popular Bulgarian singer, DIA. The song is an exotic track with elements of traditional House and Deep House music. It builds from the ambient sounds of its intro to an upbeat multicultural groove. Organic percussion and vocal samples mix with electronic drums and synths to create a rhythmic and hypnotic Middle Eastern vibe. DIA transports the mix to another level as she takes the lead vocal at the 1:11 mark.
