Flock Gotti is an aspiring Hip-hop artist from the Bronx. Although he’s had a lifelong love of music, he only recently chose to build a career as an artist. He spent his early years pursuing a life in sports. At first his focus was on basketball. And then in college he became an All-American track and cross-country runner.
At midnight on December 29, 2020 Flock Gotti will drop his brand new single, “The Perfect Vybe.” The song is an ode and dedication to all the ladies. Over a mellow Jazz guitar groove and a laid back hip-hop beat, Gotti delivers a smooth melodic rap in honor of the women in his life. Two years ago the rapper picked up the mic, inspired by the successes of fellow Highbridge, Bronx artists like A Boogie Wit da Hoodie and Don Q. He saw the impact that these artists and others were having across the globe and realized what a powerful medium modern music can be.
What inspired me to create this song is women empowerment. I feel as if women don’t get the respect they need, but I’m going to make sure in my music I tell them how special they are and boost their morale as a whole.
