The track opens with a funky Lo-Fi Hip-hop beat, paired with a reggae-infused acoustic bass line. Chris’ soulful saxophone interjects bluesy Jazz riffs throughout the track.
Smooth vocal harmonies and ambient keys paint the edges of the mix as Del Camino sings and raps an uplifting and hopeful anthem. He looks forward from the hardships of 2020 to a far better future on the horizon. The song carries the perfect message for this brand new day in America. We’re not out of the woods yet, but Chris’ inspiring and infinitely catchy tune presents a beautiful picture of the possibilities ahead.
