He now adds ‘international Pop singer’ to his resume.
“Te Quiero Pa Mi” (I love you for me) is the debut single from Emmanuel Volland, released to all major music streaming services on January 16, 2021. The track is a beautiful mid tempo love/dance song. Opening with a verse of bluesy guitar and Jayev’s soulful vocals, the tune soon slides into a laidback Latin groove.
A simple and tasteful arrangement of two guitars, bass and rim shot drums sets a mellow but Jazzy mood. The stripped down ensemble creates a lush backdrop but leaves plenty of room for the singer’s smooth Pop tenor. Through alternating verses of Spanish and English, Jayev sings the praises of the object of his affections. The track has a great bouncing rhythm and catchy melody throughout. And the “Te quiero pa mi” hook really sticks in your head.
