Time to Act has a deeper agenda than the typical modern Pop group. They describe themselves as “a multi-generational project by 4 Belgian and Italian dudes.” Taking their cues from socially conscious Folk and Rock artists of decades past, this crew of industry veterans is creating a new kind of protest music for the Pop age. They’re writing songs that matter and they’re doing it in a style that will reach as wide an audience as possible.
Driven by the growing trends of fascism and racism throughout the world, Time to Act is a group with a mission to wake up the populace before it is too late. Their first single “Hope” took aim at the effect of these issues on our present day and especially the impact of racism on the children of the world.
We want lyrics that really tackle the ugly truth. Rather than a classic ‘rock’ approach, we want to use today’s radio format in order to reach audiences of all ages and to convey the message that this normality that settles in a rather fatalistic way, cannot be tolerated.

“30 In 2050” is the latest single from Time to Act, released worldwide to all major streaming services on December 18, 2020. This time the group is looking at the future, painting a dark portrait of the world our children will inherit if we do not change course now. The song rolls on a percussive rhythm and sits in a rich bed of ambient synths and layers of lush vocal harmonies. It’s a great Pop song with a message that we all need to hear, before it’s too late.
