Only One Spoon’s Sexy Synthwave Slow Jam

Only One Spoon is the professional name of independent electronic music producer, Eytan Baritzy. As singer, songwriter and composer the multi-talented musician from Tel Aviv, Israel has been releasing his own brand of lo-fi electronic music as ‘Only One Spoon’ since 2019. In that time he has dropped a steady stream of singles.

Each new release from Only One Spoon finds the artist exploring different realms of popular music and filtering them through his unique lens. His songs have included elements of R&B, Hip-hop and experimental Electronic. On his latest single, Eytan digs deep for the sexy synthwave sounds of the 1980’s.

“In My Room” is the latest single from Only One Spoon, released worldwide to all major streaming services on February 19, 2021. The track is a mellow, downtempo synthwave ballad. A classic analog synth bass sound drives the track as sweeping ambient waves pass through the mix. Meanwhile, Baritzy sings a smooth tale of seduction. Both musically and vocally the song sounds like some long lost collaboration between Depeche Mode and The Cure, and everything about that is fun.

After years of relationship, it is very easy to fall into the abyss routine of life, but sometimes all we need is a little glimpse of our loved one, and to stay in that moment for a minute to appreciate, and to cherish how lucky we are to be loved.
