King Pin LT is an aspiring Hip-hop artist from the Chicago suburb of Glenview, Illinois. The Mexican American rapper has been writing, rhyming and recording his songs since he was just 14 years-old. However, through much of his young life he was distracted by significantly less productive, unhealthy pursuits. Family trouble, gang ties, and drug ties eventually led to a stint in prison.
Now 27, the rapper is refocusing his energies on creative endeavors. King Pin LT is ready to take his music career seriously and in his words, “climb out of the TRAP.” He released two singles in 2020; “Kush in My Cigarillo” and “High Today.” “Bussing Moves” and “Brick Talk” came next. With each new release he gets closer to March 14, when his debut full length album drops.
“Let it Be” is the latest single from King Pin LT, released worldwide to all majoring streaming services on February 4, 2021. This time the rapper is joined by guest emcee, FlowDaSavage. The two rappers trade verses over a low and slow Trap beat. The track has a psychedelic vibe with swirling synths and delay-soaked backing vocals floating in the periphery. Meanwhile LT and Flow rap about trying to stay out of the mess, even when the mess is trying to pull them back in.
