Matt Westin is a singer, songwriter and actor from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2018 Matt debuted his unique brand of hard rocking Country music with the full-length debut album “Legacy.” That album, dedicated to the memory of his father, marked the multifaceted artist’s departure from a promising engineering career and a commitment to pursuing his artistic dreams.
The Static Dive first featured Westin upon the release of his single “Stomp On,” a hard rocking honky tonk barnburner and ode to his favorite watering hole. That track and the follow-up “Hey Bro” are from his forthcoming EP on MTS Records. Both singles reached the Top 100 Airplay Today country chart, while “Stomp On” reached the iTunes country sales Top 40.
“Thin Blue Line” is the latest single from Matt Westin, released worldwide to all major streaming services on February 26, 2021. As the title suggests, the track is an anthem in honor of the men and women in blue. In Westin’s signature Rock-infused Country style he delivers a heartfelt homage to those who protect and serve.
