Jernej Zoran is guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer from Slovenia. The veteran musician has been playing for 25 years, and for the better part of a decade he has delivered a steady stream of thoughtful original Alternative Rock to the international streaming community. He has produced music in multiple languages, with much of his work written in his native Slovene.
“All They Say All They Do” is a relatively rare English language single from Jernej Zoran, released worldwide to all major streaming services on February 10, 2021. The song is an uplifting message of perseverance for a weary world, set to a laid back Alt/Rock groove. Zoran says he recruited a wide assortment of talent for the track.
Usually I collaborate with local musicians. This time I decided to give my song a bit of an international flavour. The singer, keyboardist and drummer are all from the USA.

A lush mix of ethereal guitars and ambient synths ride on a funky shuffle beat accompanied by some slick bass playing. Meanwhile, the singer delivers a message of encouragement, telling the listener to keep your head up and your eyes forward even as the haters, “trample your shadow.” It is a beautiful sentiment that resonates in our modern age of angry voices and constant strife. Meanwhile Jernej peppers the track with expertly crafted guitar licks, including a brief but beautifully melodic bluesy solo in the bridge.
