Dezvelkito is an interesting guy. A Los Angeles based singer/songwriter is originally from Haiti the international man of mystery is a true renaissance man, with a resume that includes; filmmaker, writer, singer, biochemist, spiritual healer, spa developer and entrepreneur. Although he has been involved in music his whole life, it was never his intent to sing. However, last year his friend and producer Dany “Mozart” L’Aporte convinced him to step up to the mic. It was the height of the pandemic and Mozart knew that Dezvelkito was a man the world needed to hear from.
He told me that if he was on a plane and we were gonna crash, he knew I was the type of guy who would get in the cockpit and try to save us.

A series of singles followed. Dezvelkito’s music reached fans worldwide. With each new release his fanbase has grown by the tens of thousands. Now the singer delivers two songs; a new single and a new video. Each of the two tracks is an ode in honor of the fairer sex. However, the songs come at the subject from completely different places, both stylistically and conceptually.
“Woman” is the new video from Dezvelkito, released to YouTube on March 13, 2021. The track is a smooth Pop/R&B slow jam which pays homage to women everywhere. Over a cool retro drum machine beat and an otherwise completely organic groove, the singer delivers praise to all women; mothers, sisters, daughters, wives and lovers. It’s a sweet sentiment set to a nice chill vibe.
“VooDoo Woman” is the latest track from Dezvelkito and the track comes from a very different place. Released worldwide to all major streaming services on April 2, 2021, it is a funky and exotic track in honor of the spellbinders in our midst. As a wildly entertaining Caribbean dance groove rolls, the singer details the many ways in which he will gladly submit to the evil woman’s wiles. It is a fun and sexy jam full of poly-rhythmic syncopation and sexy innuendo.
