Foreign Cash is an emerging Hip-hop artist from Chicago, Illinois. After spending the past two years working on his music and perfecting his flow, the rapper makes his debut in 2021. The up and coming emcee has already dropped a single and a four song EP titled “Stars Align,” released May 18, 2021. He explains that the title carries some personal significance.
The title of the EP basically comes from a streak I’ve been on with my career. Everything I want is happening at a good pace and I feel like it’s even more for me in the future.
Foreign Cash
“Foreign Takeover” is the debut single from Foreign Cash. It is also the title track and intro to his forthcoming full length album. The song rides on a hard Trap beat. Orchestral string and horn samples join ambient synths to play a hypnotic melody as deep 808 bass hits bounce through the track. Meanwhile the rapper delivers a cool and confident narrative of Hip-hop posturing with tales of money, women and late night parties. He drives foreign cars, loves foreign ladies and shuts-down wanna-be foes as he drops rhymes like, “My life a movie, every day I’m in a new scene.” It’s a great sound from a talented young rapper.
