Stephen Allen Music is a singer, songwriter and producer originally from New York City. Born and raised in the famous Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood in Brooklyn, the 32 year-old emerging Hip-hop artist is now based in Atlanta, Georgia where he once attended the Atlanta Institute of Music for music production. For the past five years he has been working as a solo artist, creating wildly creative genre-defying Rap and Electronic music.
As both an emcee and a beatmaker, Stephen Allen Music has produced an impressive catalog of original material since his debut in 2017. A versatile producer, he finds inspiration in various genres from 90’s Hip-hop to Dancehall and dance music. His body of work includes five full length albums and dozens of singles. One such track is “Rolling Thru The City,” a cool lowrider jam.
“Rolling Thru The City ” is set to a mellow downtempo groove that mixes elements of EDM and Trap beats. Meanwhile Stephen rhymes about his city’s, “bright lights and thicc women.” The song’s corresponding video features a ‘Fast and Furious’ worthy scene of street racers partying and cruising through downtown Atlanta. It’s a story all about the gangsta lean, hot cars and beautiful women in the city.
