RickyBST’s New Emo Trap Breakup Song “Wrong”

RickyBST is an emerging Hip-hop artist from Boston, Massachusetts. He has been making music for four years but really stepped up his game in recent months. After an early debut in 2019, the young artist has had a productive 2021. The prolific rapper has released four new singles so far this year. His latest is an emotional breakup song set to a low and slow groove.

“Wrong” is a new singles from RickyBST, released worldwide to all major streaming services. The track is downtempo melodic rap. The track rides on a chill Trap beat featuring some subterranean, Reggaeton style 808 bass hits. As the mellow beat rolls on, a melodic minor-key guitar gives the track an emotional and melancholy vibe. Meanwhile the rapper delivers a wistful emo rap about a lover he has to let go. It’s a heartfelt and emotional tune with some smooth production and an excellent performance from RickyBST who delivers his vocal in a simple and heartfelt melody that drives home his obvious emotional pain.

I listen to a lot of music, different genres and I love it. I wouldn’t say influences because I like to think that I can be original. But the top 5 I like to listen to would be; Lil Wayne, Kanye, Drake, Juice Wrld, and Adele. I’m just really a fan of the artfrom and I love making music.
