The title track continues that vibe and adds a group of choral singers to create an appropriately biblical feel.
“Forgive Me” is the first of two songs to include legendary guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani. The other is “Conflicted.” Each combines the album’s gothic feel with a deep dive into Metal and Acid Rock territory as Joe’s smoking lead guitar rips its way through the tracks. The album continues these genre-bending fusions with Classical piano and string pieces like “”Hello Again,” and “No Apologies,” each of which builds into a massive Arena Rock power ballad.
