TAMBAND$ is the professional name of New York based independent Hip-hop artist Antonio Bands. Since making his debut in 2019 with the single “2dayz,” Tam has dropped a steady string of singles across multiple platforms. From his humble beginnings making music in his bedroom to tracking in a professional recording studio in Brooklyn, with each new release he has seen his audience and career grow exponentially.
With five new tracks delivered so far this year, 2021 has been particularly productive for the prolific artist. Coming off a series of successful single releases like the songs “Came Up” and “Tipsy,” the talented young rapper and singer has a brand new tune, this time with a cool tropical vibe just in time for summer.
“Beach Chair” is the latest single from TAMBAND$, released worldwide to all major streaming services on July 16, 2021. A clean, melodic guitar introduces the track. Soon the beat drops. The mellow Trap groove combined with that smooth guitar gives the track a cool Caribbean feel. Tam enters the mix and rides that beach vibe with a smooth flow and a melodic rap about the confusion and frustration of finding, losing and looking again for love.
