Patiotic is an internationally renowned composer and multi-instrumentalist music producer from Santiago, Chile. Since 2018 the prolific artist has delivered four albums and nearly three dozen singles. In 2020 alone his music appeared on more than 30 compilation albums. He routinely collaborates with talented artists from around the globe, his Chill instrumental compositions have charted in Mexico, Germany, France and Sweden and he has appeared on numerous Spotify editorial playlists.

On his latest single Patiotic has teamed up with Spanish saxophonist Ramón Sanz for a smooth instrumental cover of the song “Breathe” from the Pink Floyd masterpiece album “Dark Side of the Moon.” On this reimagined version of the song, the producer pairs lush ambient analog and digital synths with a laid back Hip-hop beat. Percussive EDM and Glitch elements swirl around a funky Latin percussion groove to paint the edges of the mix. Meanwhile Ramon delivers a soulful improv based on David Gilmour’s original main vocal melody.

Pink Floyd is my all time fav band. I started to listen to them when I was 6 and never stopped. For that and so much more I decided to make this tribute with my friend Ramón Sanz García on Sax.
