Candy White is a Latina singer launching a new phase of her career in 2021. Although she is just now stepping into the spotlight as a professional musician, the Mexican beauty spent much of the past decade on a very different stage. For 11 years she performed as a professional female wrestler (luchadora). Throughout her career she performed both masked and unmasked and would alternately assume either the Candy White persona (the good girl) or Pandora Pecadora (the evil counterpart). For her newly introduced musical career she is fully embracing both sides of her personality.
“Bad Gyal” is the debut single from Candy White, released worldwide to all major streaming services on August 28, 2021. The song’s video dropped to YouTube on September 3. The track rides on a funky downtempo clave beat as a smooth bass and a percussive mix of guitar and synth arpeggios set the mood. As that laid-back Latin dance groove rolls on, Candy sings in Spanish of the many benefits of being with a pecadora (sinner).
