Panache is a new Pop group comprised of sisters Scribbles (age 12) and Tu-Chai (age 10). The musical preteen duo are making their professional recording debut in 2021. However, they started making music at an even younger age when they found that writing songs helped them get through some tough times during their parents’ divorce.
Despite their youth, the talented twosome’s résumés would be the envy of artists twice their age. Each of the girls is an accomplished multi-disciplinary artist. Scribbles is a fashion designer, seamstress, honor student and a published writer. Tu-Chai is a visual artist, published writer and has even worked as a voice actor. As Panache, the girls have performed virtual concerts for Iron Throne Radio and the Silent No Longer’s ‘Women’s Empowerment Concert.’
Since debuting earlier this year, they have released two singles. First came “Cola,” an uplifting song with a positive, self affirming message. Musically the track combines elements of Trap, EDM and Caribbean music to create a cool upbeat Pop groove. “Today!” is the latest single from Panache, released worldwide to all major streaming services on September 1, 2021. A cool bit of guitar-driven Indie-Pop, on the track Scribbles and Tu-Chai deliver a reassuring message with an infectiously catchy hook.
