Bell is an up and coming songwriter and electronic music producer from Chicago, Illinois. The 21 year-old artist started making music while still in High School. At 17 he was inspired to create his own music after listening to a diverse collection of European EDM artists like Noisia, Chris lake, Robby East and Houston, Texas producer Kindrid.
After spending the past couple of years discovering, defining and refining his own sound, Bell made his professional recording debut earlier this year with the song “Intention.” That track introduced listeners to an adventurous producer with a taste for retro-synths mixed with Deep House grooves and knack for creating memorable Pop melodies.
“Thinking About You” is the latest single from Bell, released worldwide to all major streaming services on October 5, 2021. The track opens on a mix of ambient synths and a mellow half time beat. A modulated lead vocal enters the mix, singing of his devotion to an unnamed lover. An EDM beat drops at around the 1:00 mark and is paired with a cool analog synth playing the song’s central melodic hook. From there the laid-back love song vibes on those two moods. It’s a great sound.
