Tron Page’s Money-Making Trap Anthem

tron page

Tron Page is a fast emerging Hip-hop artist with a brand new album that is already connecting with fans around the globe. He made his debut in 2019 with the Hip-hop slow jam “Say You Won’t.” That track introduced a skilled emcee with a classic old-school East Coast lyrical flow and a modern production style.

Since that first single, the prolific rapper has dropped a series of tracks as well as his debut full-length album. Born and raised in Harlem, New York, Tron’s penchant and prowess for classic Hip-hop is no accident. His older brothers Tawan and Pilz are a producer and rapper (respectively) who were associated with NYC’s influential Ruff Ryders record label. The young Tron grew up in recording studios watching legendary artists like DMX, Jadakiss and Eve make their magic.

“Income” is the latest single from Tron Page’s new album “Opulent Mindset,” released worldwide to all major streaming services on December 17, 2021. The rapper delivers his ode to the grind as minor-key arpeggios ride a slow and low Trap beat. With a relaxed style and plenty of smart wordplay, his sound brings to mind some of Ludacris’ mellower work. Tron rides the mellow Hip-hop groove with a string of clever and memorable rhymes riffing on the song’s money-making mantra, “I’m with it, as long as the outcome is income.”
