Andronyx is a talented young up and coming singer/songwriter based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, in his youth he dreamt of having a career in the music business. However, the realities of his homelife and the pressures of society to pursue a more practical career set him on a different path through college and in the years that followed. Andronyx
The genre-bending artist debuted in late 2021 with the single “Hide and Seek.” That track introduced a proud black LGBTQ artist who writes songs that tell his struggle to find his way in the world and overcome the hardships of his personal life. Recently, Andronyx dropped his sophomore effort.
“Better Man” is the brand new single from Andronyx, released worldwide to all major streaming services on December 31, 2021. The track opens on a downtempo Alt-Pop groove. A mellow Indie Rock guitar rides a Lo-fi beat. Soon the tune drops to a melancholy guitar and soulful vocal verse. The song alternates between those two vibes as the singer tells a heartfelt autobiographical tale of his difficult childhood and his strained relationship with his mother.
