OTMReek is the professional name of newly emerging rapper DeVonta Davis. The 19 year-old emcee from South Boston, Virginia is a lifelong lover of music. He wrote his first songs while he was still in the third grade.
Recently, he decided to take his music to the next level. Inspired by his cousin, rapper Dusse Smurdda, DeVonta launched his career as an independent Hip-hop artist. OTMReek was born.
This year he is making his professional solo recording debut. “Let’s Go (freestyle)” is the brand new single from OTMReek, released worldwide to all major streaming services on January 18, 2022. The track mixes old-school and new for a mellow Lo-fi ride.
70’s Soul samples and vintage analog synths ride a downtempo Trap groove as deep 808 bass hits hold down the bottom. Davis enters the mix with a laid-back and confident flow as he drops a smooth freestyle gangsta rap.
