B.Andre is the professional name of singer, songwriter and producer Brandon Andre. The Cincinnati, Ohio native made his professional solo recording debut in 2019 with the single “Truth Be Told.” That track introduced a multi-talented artist who mixes classic R&B vibes with modern beats and production techniques.
Although his solo project is new, Andre has been making music for more than a decade, working with other producers and artists in his hometown and beyond. Since that first single, the prolific songwriter has dropped a total of three singles and a five song EP. This summer B.Andre will release his brand new record “EGO.” The collection will chronicle the singer’s romantic experiences over the years, both good and bad.
“Broken Record” is the lead single from ‘EGO’, released worldwide to all major streaming services on February 12, 2022. A chilled out slow jam, the track rolls on a downtempo mix of acoustic and electronic drums. An ensemble of bass, piano, strings and a nice Blues guitar lay down a sexy R&B groove. Meanwhile Andre delivers a smooth and soulful performance as he sings the praises of his lover. Layers of perfectly executed multi-part vocal harmonies add to the dreamy feel of the song.
