Alexia Trif is an emerging singer/songwriter who made her professional solo recording debut in 2019 with the single “Hidden.” That track introduced a talented young artist who started her musical journey at a young age. Early on, she was influenced by the folk music of her home country, Romania. Later she would discover popular music in the Western world from artists like Britney Spears and Michael Jackson.
As a teenager she attended the High School of the Arts where she studied opera music. After graduation the singer moved to London with her boyfriend. The couple broke up, but Alexia used the experience as inspiration to launch her career as a Pop artist. Her heartache ultimately became her art.
“Lucid Dreams” is the latest single from Alexia Trif, released worldwide to all major streaming services on May 20, 2022. Ambient synths introduce the track. The beat drops on a slow Trap groove as the singer enters the mix with a soulful lead vocal and lush layers of ethereal backing harmonies as she delivers a psychedelic and sexy dark Dream Pop fantasy.
