Weak4Time is an emerging independent hip-hop artist and producer making his professional solo recording debut in 2022. The Dallas, Texas musician started making music in 2020 and recently dropped his first single. In the interim the young trap producer honed his recording and composing skills while developing his own unique take on the genre.
Citing the late great Juice WRLD as his primary influence, Weak4Time makes an introspective trap in which he explores the issues of everyday life. He pairs relatable topics with catchy Pop hooks and a modern, forward thinking production style. “Producer Michael ” is the debut single from Weak4Time, released worldwide via all major streaming services on May 19, 2022.
The track opens on a mellow, minor-key acoustic guitar. Soon the beat drops on a mellow mid-tempo trap groove. Deep bass tones hold down the floor as the rapper steps to the mic with a freestyle about a music producer who is dedicated to the grind and rocking a pretty sweet party life. He rhymes about club hopping and making music around the globe in an easy, laid-back and melodic flow.
