Nicky Roland is a veteran DJ of the UK club circuit. Born and raised in London, he got his first studio gig at just 14 years-old. Five years later he had a major label deal (as K-Lory). Roland spent the next few years DJing and organizing now legendary raves in and around his hometown’s historic music scene.
Eventually moving to the United States, Nicky Roland took a break from recording to focus on an online business venture. In 2019 he returned to the studio to launch a new phase of his music career. Now a rising star of Chicago House music, he was recently signed to legendary DJ International Records. His track “I Lose Myself” was a highlight of their 2021 Jackmaster 7 compilation.
“Feel It” is the brand new single from Nicky Roland, released worldwide via all major streaming services on June 17, 2022. A Chicago-centric Nu Disco banger, the upbeat track pairs an upbeat jazz-infused disco groove. The track’s slamming funk bass rides a driving four-on-the-floor beat. Disco strings, sax, piano and guitar lay down a cool house groove as a vocalist soulfully recites the song’s title and mantra.
