A collaboration with German producer Wolfgang Lohr and trombonist Ashley Slater, the track stylistically spans a century as it pairs a 1920’s swing vibe with modern electronic pop production. With old-timey slang and cultural references the singer cleverly contrasts the age flappers and speakeasies with our current decade of lockdowns and quarantine isolation.
