Joe’s Groove Huddle is a collaborative rock & roll project launched in 2020 by German bassist, songwriter and producer Jochen “Joe” Kinzig. Like millions of artists around the world, during the pandemic Joe found himself locked away from society with no gigs and no band. So, to kill the time he began writing and recording his own original songs.
Those tunes launched an ambitious new international artistic project in which Joe would collaborate with musicians from around the world. Working with friends both local and foreign, he started making records. The group dropped their debut single “Good Day” last year. That track and the follow-up singles “Shot From Behind” and “Strong” have connected with tens of thousands of independent rock fans around the world.
“Believe Me” is the brand new single and video from Joe’s Groove Hustle, released worldwide via all major streaming services on August 26, 2022. Built around a bluesy hook, the track delivers a dose of social commentary and metal funk. The band matches the riff-rocker with soulful vocals and a cool envelope funk effect on the bass as the singer warns of the influence of media and lobbyists on our day-to-day lives.
