middlenglish is an emerging independent composer/producer with an ethereal, genre-fluid sound. He made his debut in 2020 with the single “Orage”. That track introduced a self-taught and enigmatic artist from Bellingham, Washington. Unbound by genre or stylistic norms, his SoundCloud page features ambient moods, trip-hop grooves and even a classical rendition of a classic by The Animals.
Since his debut, middlenglish has released four official singles. After remaining silent through 2021, he returns with three new tracks in 2022. With each new release he adds new nuance to an already rich sonic experience.

Synthwave and classical vibes fade in and out of the mix before the beat drops on a deep house groove. Dark organic chamber pop moods meet musically sophisticated electronic grooves. As the song progresses, strings and synths build a melodic tension as the piece reaches its cinematic conclusion.
