XPRE$$0 is an emerging independent hip-hop artist from Southern California. Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, the singer, songwriter, rapper and visual artist dropped his first tracks on Soundcloud three years ago. Since then the rapper has been refining his craft and releasing a steady string of singles.
He made his wide distribution debut last year with the single “Feel It”. That track introduced a talented interdisciplinary Spanish Mexican American SoCal artist with a melodic freestyle flow and a taste for raw lo-fi and trap beats. The prolific rapper has followed with four brand new tracks so far this year.
“Feeling No Pain, Vol. 2 (Remix)” is a recent single from XPRE$$0, available worldwide via all major streaming services. The track takes a new look at one of the singer’s earliest releases. Ominous minor-key chords ride a hard 808 beat. Ambient synths expand the horizon as the singer steps to the mic with a psychedelic meditation on the virtues of self medication.
