James Vincent is a veteran country music singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist producer. Originally from Michigan, he recently relocated to Warsaw, Kentucky and launched a brand new solo project. With a pile of new songs and no musical connections in his newly adopted hometown, he set up his studio and started recording.
The lifelong musician started writing songs in grade school. He picked up the guitar at 17 and soon found his niche in the outlaw country of his heroes like Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. On his debut single, the singer explored the good lord’s affinity for black hat-wearing country bad-boys.

A southern rock ensemble lays down an edgy mid-tempo groove as lead guitar adds a nice bluesy vibe. The singer steps to the mic and in a cool country tenor he calls out judgmental hypocrites and touts the virtues of those who march to the beat of their own drummer.
