Rob Eberle is an emerging independent singer, songwriter and producer who made his professional recording debut in 2020 with the single “Enough”. That track introduced a talented young artist with a sophisticated sound that belies his young age. Still only 17 years-old, the talented NYC teen is quickly creating a buzz.
Since his debut, the prolific producer has released six singles as well as the 2021 five-track EP “Where’s My Mind?” He has connected with fans around the world on popular tracks like “why did i lose a friend”, “i just need somebody to be someone” and this summer’s soulful alt-pop hit “doubtful.” Citing influences ranging from Billie Eilish to Panic! At the Disco, Rob creates smart genre-bending dark pop.
“far” is the brand new single from Rob Eberle, released worldwide via all major streaming services on October 13, 2022. A melancholy minor-key electric piano opens the track. Rob Eberle steps to the mic and delivers a soulful soliloquy.
Soon the beat drops on a Thom Yorke-esque alt-pop glitch groove. Synthwave vibes meet percussive arpeggios and even some big art-rock guitar in the final act. Inspired by the Nintendo video game “Super Paper Mario,” the tune tells an emotional tale of a long and treacherous saga.
