EVindie is the professional name of singer, songwriter and guitarist Eve Dove. The San Francisco native has been entertaining Bay area rock, soul and blues fans for years. She made her solo professional recording debut in April of this year with the soulful and bluesy lo-fi Western-tinged torch song, “I’m”.
The singer followed that debut with two more sexy blues-infused singles. She introduced a deep Latin influence on her sophomore single “Sin Ti” (without you). A talented vocalist and instrumentalist, EVindie spices her sound with healthy doses of blues guitar, r&b soul and infectious pop hooks.
“It’s You” is the latest single from EVindie, released worldwide via all major streaming services on June 24, 2022. As the song opens, percussive electronics meter out a rhythmic melody and ambient synths paint the periphery. In her signature sultry tone, the singer steps to the mic with a sexy ultimatum for a reluctant lover. The song is a great mix of classic r&b/synth-pop vibes and Ed Sheeran-style heartbreaker indie-pop.
