Hailstorm is an emerging independent alternative group who made their professional recording debut in 2020 with the six-song EP Sun Dolly Rise. That record introduced an artistically adventurous three-piece band from Italy with a philosophical approach to their art.
Through their music the band addresses the existential issues of the contemporary youth, with a focus on life as an artist. Their songs are alt-pop/rock meditations on the passing of time and the general ennui of life on Earth. They wrap their existential investigations in dream-pop moods and psychedelic vibes inspired by the pastoral views of their Mediterranean home.

“Lala Went Home ” is the brand new single and video from Hailstorm’s latest album, Patapsychic, available worldwide via all major streaming services. The album’s title is defined as ‘the science of imaginary solutions’. With that surreal premise, the band paints a dreamy and ambient scene. They combine modern dream-pop and classic 70s-inspired singer/songwriter vibes to tell the tale of a young girl coming of age and facing the world on her own.
