Devang Goud is bringing back the golden era of 50’s, 60’s & 70’s pop music. Singing since the age of three, the talented young Californian made his professional solo recording debut in 2022 with the single “Spanish Eyes”. His version of the 1968 Al Martino hit introduced a skilled vocalist with a distinct and authentic sound.
Growing up, Devang Goud found passion for music. In addition to singing he learned to play a number instruments including violin, mandolin, drums and the sitar. He worked with world-class and renowned teachers as he developed his craft.
“This Guy’s In Love With You” is a recent single from Devang Goud, available worldwide via all major streaming services. The track is a cover of the 1968 hit by jazz trumpet legend Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass. Devang delivers his faithful take on the song in a smooth pop tenor and with expert jazz phrasing. Backing vocal harmonies paint the periphery as a period-perfect jazz/pop ensemble of bass, drums, guitar, keys, vibes and horns sets a cool and breezy vibe.
