Tay is an emerging independent EDM producer from Chatham in Kent, United Kingdom. He made his professional solo recording debut in January of last year with the single “Luv 4 U”. That track introduced a stylistically adventurous artist with a fluid groove.
The prolific Tay spent years on his music before going public. He started making music at local recording studios as a teenager. In the months following his debut, the 28 year-old creator has dropped nine new singles, each exploring a different corner of the electronic music world. He has experimented with house, drum & bass, hip-hop and pop.
“Gtd ” is the brand new single from Tay, released worldwide via all major streaming services on January 16, 2023. The track opens on a lo-fi house beat. A female vocalist steps to the mic and recites the song’s mantra, “Dance with the groove, all you gotta do is move.” Soon the beat drops on a mellow and hypnotic tech house groove.
