That record introduced a multi-talented 18 year-old rapper, singer and songwriter from Westchester County, New York. Now in his twenties, the ambitious young artist is on the fast track to success.
Since his debut, Cameron Sean has released a string of hit singles. He has connected with fans around the world and caught the attention of industry heavy-hitters with tracks like the college radio hit single “Prada Frames”. He was also recently a headline act on UBC TV’s “Why You So Mad Yo?” comedy tour.
“Crazy” is the latest single from Cameron Sean, released worldwide via all major streaming services on December 18, 2022. An r&b-infused downtempo 808 trap beat opens the track. 8 Questions with Cameron Sean

Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Westchester County, New York.
How long have you been making music?
I have been writing music for roughly a decade. Music became more than a hobby last year when I met my management team. So far, I am proud of the strides my team and I have made in such a short time.
Who are the musicians involved in your project?
My close friends. I prefer to create with people I have a strong affinity with. To me, finished products turn out better when your friends are involved.
Who are your biggest musical influences?
My biggest musical influences are Drake, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Russ, Joyner Lucas, and my dad. There have been so many artists throughout multiple genres that have influenced my sound. I’m always working on creating a sound that is unique to me.
What is your greatest non-musical influence?
My most significant non-musical influence is my mom. She has shown me that with hard work, you can achieve anything you want in life.
What inspired you to create this project?
My current stage of life is what inspired me to create this project—everything from friendships, relationships, challenges etc. Everyday something inspires me, and I try to convey what I’m feeling in my music.
What are your plans for the future (musically)?
My future, plans is to release an album that I’m currently working on. Also, a major goal of mine is to sign to a major record label.
Is there anything else you would like to say?
I want to inspire my fans, and to be a prime example of never giving up.
