Ron Sidhu is an emerging independent hip-hop artist who made his solo professional debut in 2017 with the single “Maha Lit ” That track introduced a talented rapper, singer, songwriter from Kent, Washington. Together, he and his crew of cross-cultural trap artists and producers runs the record label and professional recording studio, Avaray Life Records.
Since his debut, the prolific rapper and entrepreneur has released over a dozen singles and has collaborated with a number of other Avaray Life recording artists. His passion to create music is driven by both his love of trap music and his Punjabi heritage. The visionary young creator is on a mission to fuse the two.
“Hood”is the brand new single from Ron Sidhu, released worldwide via all major streaming services on January 20, 2023. The track opens with Rick rhyming over a distant piano. Soon the beat drops on a slow and low trap beat. A subterranean bass rumbles the floor as the rapper slides between English and Punjabi in with an impressive and infectious syncopated rhythmic flow.
