CRS CO is the professional name of emerging independent hip-hop artist, Chris Escandon. Originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, the rapper relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2017 to pursue a career in music. He dropped his debut full-length release 8418 in 2018.
Music has always been a passion for CRS CO, who started writing his own songs while still in grade school. He dove deeply into hip-hop through high school and college and first caught the public’s attention with a series of popular videos on YouTube. Since his debut, the prolific rapper has release an album, an EP and over a dozen singles.
“Fantastic” is the brand new single from CRS CO, released worldwide via all major streaming services on February 17, 2023. Minor-key ambient synths introduce the track and set an ominous mood. Soon the beat drops on a hypnotic Zayce Hundo-produced trap groove. Subterranean bass tones rumble the floor as Chris and featured rapper B0ryan trade bars in this laid-back and melodic freestyle braggadocio rap.
