Madrid-based alternative pop/rock quartet Alpha Circle returns with a brand new EP for 2023. Readers of The Static Dive have followed the group since they released their debut single “Circles” in 2019. Over the next three years the band dropped a string of hit singles, picked up a record deal, and topped indie charts around the world.
Alpha Circle is a group of Spanish natives and English transplant musicians who bonded over a love of classic 80’s & 90’s alternative rock. They formed the group with the specific mission to spread a positive message. The band set out to counter the negativity of our modern world with three chords and some good vibes.
“Tricky” is the current single from Alpha Circle’s debut 6-song EP, released worldwide via all major streaming services on January 26, 2023. A crystal-clean Stratocaster plays funky and shimmering chords as the band lays down their signature upbeat and danceable college-rock groove. On the mic, lead vocalist Lee Chamberlain offers his tale of a complex but intense love affair.
