Kemi Kayode is a worship singer, songwriter and minister who spreads the word with gospel, soul, jazz vibes and afro rhythms. She made her professional solo recording debut in 2014 (performing as ‘Kemie’) with the album New Dimensions, after serving as a chorister for two decades. The soulful songstress followed in 2020 with the EP Reborn.
Born and raised in southwestern Nigeria, Kemi Kayode grew up in a musical household. She was inspired by country, pop, jazz and gospel music from across the globe. A devout Christian, she devoted her life to expressing God’s love through music. The singer recently dropped an advance single from her forthcoming Divine Album.
