Seethe Drops New LP – Psalms of the Dead Better Left Unsung and Unread

Seethe is the professional name of songwriter and multi-instrumentalist producer Patrick McElravy. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania musician is a veteran rocker who earned his stripes in hardcore bands like 9 Stitch Method. He launched his new solo project in 2020 with the EP Blueprints for Introspection.

In just three years since his debut, the prolific producer has released a remarkable volume of work including four albums, five EPs, and seven singles. His sound is a dark experimental mix of nu-metal, hyperpop, glitch, and hardcore. His latest track is the third and final single from his new LP.

“In Pieces” is the closing track on the brand new album Psalms of the Dead Better Left Unsung and Unread, released worldwide via all major streaming services on April 14, 2023. The track was preceded by the single “Sift” in March. An analog synth opens the track, playing the song’s central melodic theme. Soon an overdriven trap beat drops and we descend into the protagonist’s dark fantasy.
