New Single Praises Mothers Everywhere
“Mother’s Love” is a brand new original Afro-soul ballad for Mother’s Day, available worldwide via all major streaming services on May 11, 2023. Gospel artist Seyi Olokodana penned the tune in appreciation of her own mother, and of all mothers everywhere.
Seyi Olokodana is an independent recording artist who made her solo debut in March with the single “Aanu Jesu”. That track introduced a multi-talented US-based gospel singer, songwriter, YouTuber, and Biomedical Engineer whose music is inspired by her deep faith.
Ambient synths and an acoustic guitar introduce “Mother’s Love” as a percussive ensemble lands on a laid-back syncopated groove. Ethereal vocal harmonies and angelic trumpets paint the periphery above deep bass tones as Seyi offers her touching tribute.
