Moss Da Beast is a veteran independent hip-hop artist who made his solo professional recording debut in 2011. Before that, the prolific rapper worked in artist management and music production with The H.I.T. Squad. Over the years Moss has split his time between his hometown of Chicago, Illinois and Nashville, Tennessee. He now calls Phoenix, Arizona home.
Along the way, the award-winning rapper has worked with a string of industry heavyweights like; 1Mind, Bandplay, Yella tha OG, and The BlockBeattaz. Regular readers of The Static Dive will recall Moss Da Beast’s 2020 mixtape “Born Leader”. In over a decade as a solo artist he has produced an impressive volume of work including ten albums and dozens of singles, EP’s and mixtapes.
“Only Fans” is the brand new single from Moss Da Beast, released worldwide via all major streaming services on June 2, 2023. The track opens on a classic jazz/trip-hop bass and vibraphone loop riding a chill hip-hop breakbeat. On the mic, the emcee drops an old-school storytelling rap about an ill-fated OnlyFans.com model.
