The Eska is the professional name of singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Iskander Riskulov. Regular readers of The Static Dive know him well. The cross-cultural and multilingual artist made his solo debut in 2021. Since then he has organically built a loyal international fanbase with over 25,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
The prolific producer has dropped over two dozen releases since his debut. His sound is an eclectic mix of rock, pop and hip-hop. A talented songwriter and arranger, The Eska blends these varied elements into his own distinct radio-ready vibe. He cites other genre-smashing artists like Nipsey Hussle, J. Cole, and indie hero Russ as inspiration.
“Trust the Process” is the brand new single from The Eska, released worldwide via all major streaming services on June 30, 2023. A hypnotic synth riff opens the track.
