We first heard from Cashemotional in May upon the release of his single “La Primera Leccion“. That track introduced The Static Dive readers to a multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer and multicultural Mexican-American recording artist from Mission, Texas. The eclectic creator fuses hip-hop, pop, R&B, and Latin dance vibes with Spanish lyrics to create a unique and vibrant sound.
He got his start six years ago as DJ and remix producer. However, the singer soon found that writing his own music helped him overcome issues of anxiety and self-doubt. Cashemotional was born. He dropped his debut in January of this year and has released six singles since then, connecting with fans around the world and quickly making a name for himself on the international dance and pop scenes.
“Linda” is the brand new single from Cashemotional, released worldwide via all major streaming services on July 22, 2023. Airy synths and a smooth electronic bass introduce the track as the beat drops on a mellow reggaeton-infused dream-pop groove. On the mic, he sings a soulful ode to the linda (beautiful) girl of the title.
