CARRE’ is an indie supergroup comprised of prominent artists from across the US and Europe. At the helm is LA-based, 38-year-old French musician, singer, and songwriter Keveen Baudouin. The project debuted in 2020 with the single “This is Not a Band”.
Since then, Keveen and his international crew have dropped a string of popular singles, as well as their self-titled 5-song debut EP. Their genre-bending psychedelic electronic rock sound has connected with fans worldwide, thanks to popular tracks like 2021’s dark experimental vibe, “Turn Down the Choir”. Their latest is a multimedia experience that weaves performance art and experimental rock into a unique live musical experience.
“Rollercoaster” is the current single from the band’s brand new video, “CARRÉ Live:”, released worldwide via YouTube and all major streaming services on August 25, 2023. Recorded live on location in April 2022 at The Forge LA, an art studio in Cypress Park, Los Angeles. As the track opens, Keveen plays ethereal open guitar chords as his two collaborators ease into a mellow percussive space groove. The trio paints a multi-hued psychedelic tapestry of indie, darkwave, and art-rock as Baudouin offers a tale of hallucinogenic euphoria.
